Our technical support plans covers most information technologies including our own products and services (unless otherwise expressed).  Our support plans are flexible enough that they can also be used for your technical projects, in case you need an extra-helping hand or technical expertise in an area of your project or business.
Basic Support Plan
The main goal of the Basic Support Plan is to provide you with the necessary professional assistance to keep your information systems running and reduce downtime.  It also provides with the equivalent assistance of having a help desk support personnel without having to incur in expensive salaries.

Our Basic Technical Support plan includes:

As requested by each customer situation with a 5% discount on replacement parts not covered in manufacturers warranty.  Discount also applies to new purchases.

Hourly Fee without Plan:
$80 per hour

Advanced Support Plan
The main goal of the Advanced Support Plan is to provide you with a management information analyst, that will manage your information systems.  He will be able to establish backup procedures, data migrations, server policies and website maintenance.  He will also be able accommodate his support schedule to your operating hours, including holidays and weekends.  The management information analyst will be your dedicated agent that will represent you either on in-house projects or with 3rd party vendors. 
Our Advanced Technical Support plan includes: Remote Support

Customized Hours (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)
8 hours total per day
Phone Support:
Unlimited
On-site Support:
Yes, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean
Software Provided:
Remote Access Software for 3 Computers or Servers
Hardware Provided:
As requested by each customer situation with a 8% discount on replacement parts not covered in manufacturers warranty.  Discount also applies to new purchases.
