The main goal of the Basic Support Plan is to provide you with the
necessary professional assistance to keep your information systems running
and reduce downtime. It also provides with the equivalent assistance
of having a help desk support personnel without having to incur in
expensive salaries. |

Plan
The main goal of the Advanced Support Plan is to provide you with a
management information analyst, that will manage your information
systems. He will be able to establish backup procedures, data
migrations, server policies and website maintenance. He will also be
able accommodate his support schedule to your operating hours, including
holidays and weekends. The management information analyst will be
your dedicated agent that will represent you either on in-house projects
or with 3rd party vendors. |
